Our welders are qualified for 5 welding processes according to ASME IX.

More information about our welding processes:
- GTAW (also called TIG): This electric welding process uses a neutral gas released during metal fusion. It is known for its very high quality and great precision, allowing the welding of fine materials as well as heterogeneous and homogeneous materials.
- GMAW (also called MIG/MAG): This semi-automatic welding process uses continuous neutral gas that does not react with the molten metal. It produces high-quality welds with a good appearance and minimal spatter.
- SMAW: This manual arc welding process using coated electrodes is very popular and protects the weld from atmospheric gases that could contaminate it and affect the quality of the result obtained.
- SAW: This submerged arc welding process fuses large metallic parts by generating an electric arc between a continuously fed electrode wire and the base metal. This process is recognized for its reliability and robustness. It offers the advantage of allowing adjustments on edge angles without requiring additional quality tests (WPQT), thus avoiding lengthy and costly procedures.
- FCAW: The main characteristic of this flux-cored arc welding process is that it works on all types of materials. It also offers better mechanical consistency, solid weld joints, and increased productivity compared to other welding techniques.
Some of the processes mentioned above can also be used for corrosion-resistant cladding or hardfacing (joint coverage/buttering).
Precision Machining
Our workshop is equipped with machining centers, lathes, vertical lathes, and large parallel lathes.
Our machines perfectly adapt to the strict tolerances of your parts: essential parameters such as rotational speed and cutting depth can be precisely adjusted, ensuring a high-quality result.
